Welcome to Cardinelle Collections. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and purchases made through Cardinelle Collections LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Cardinelle Collections

Cardinelle Collections LLC is a luxury handbag and accessories brand offering products crafted from genuine leather, including selected exotic leathers. Our pieces are designed with attention to material, proportion, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.

Because leather is a natural material, variations in color, grain, texture, markings, scales, pores, and finish may occur. These natural characteristics are part of the individuality of each piece and should not be considered defects.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, submit false information, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or remove content if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colors, sizes, prices, materials, and availability accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, photography, and device settings.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm, modify, or cancel the order.

4. Genuine Leather & Exotic Leather Notice

Cardinelle products may include genuine leather and selected exotic leathers. Natural leather may include small variations, wrinkles, texture differences, scars, scale pattern differences, or color movement. These details are part of the material’s natural beauty.

For exotic leather products, certain materials may be subject to special rules, documentation, import/export restrictions, or international travel requirements. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws that may apply if they export, re-export, ship, resell, or travel internationally with a product.

5. Orders & Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, or other charges unless clearly stated at checkout.

Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Cardinelle Collections does not store full credit card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, destination, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within that timeframe. If no shipping timeframe is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within 30 days of receiving your completed order and payment authorization.

If a shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we may contact you with an updated delivery estimate and, where required, provide cancellation or refund options.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Cardinelle Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you with reasonable carrier claim information when available.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We want every Cardinelle piece to be received in excellent condition. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Free from scratches, stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, dust bag, authenticity cards, and accessories
  • Approved through our return process before being shipped back

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

 

10. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personalized or monogrammed products
  • Special-order exotic leather pieces
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, wear, accident, moisture, heat, chemicals, or unauthorized repair

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, gift wrapping fees, customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper storage, water exposure, heat, chemicals, dye transfer, overloading, scratches, or unauthorized repair is not considered a manufacturing defect.

13. Product Care

 Leather and exotic leather require proper care. Customers are responsible for following care instructions and storing products appropriately.

Avoid prolonged sunlight, moisture, alcohol-based products, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, denim dye transfer, heat, rough surfaces, and overloading. Natural leather may change over time with use, developing character and patina.

14. Repairs

Cardinelle Collections may offer repair support when available. Repair eligibility is determined case by case. Charges may apply for repairs outside of manufacturing defects or after extended use.

We reserve the right to decline repair requests if the item has been altered, damaged by misuse, repaired by a third party, or is no longer repairable.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, brand names, product names, images, designs, text, graphics, videos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Cardinelle Collections LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use our content without written permission.

16. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, comments, or other content to Cardinelle Collections, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

You agree not to submit content that is false, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading.

17. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, store credits, and offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion. Promotions may not be combined unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

18. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, permits, and compliance requirements imposed by their country.

Some leather or exotic leather products may be restricted in certain countries. Cardinelle Collections is not responsible for delays, seizures, additional charges, or refusal of entry caused by customs, wildlife regulations, import restrictions, or incomplete customer documentation.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or security of third-party websites.

Payment processors, shipping carriers, and other service providers may have their own terms and policies.

 

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We do not guarantee that product photos, colors, or descriptions will appear exactly the same on every device.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardinelle Collections LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product, unless otherwise required by law.
